We loved everything about the Union Horse Bottled-In-Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey, and then we started making cocktails with it, and this one just knocked it out of the park!

Cocktail Recipe

| 4-6 |
Mint Leaves |

Balsamic Glaze (drizzle) |
| 1oz |
Lemon Juice |
| 1tsp |
Demerara Sugar |
| .75oz |
Cointreau |
| 3oz |
Bourbon |
|
Club Soda |
| Glassware: Chilled Cocktail Glass |
| Prep: Shaker: add peach, mint, balsamic & muddle. Add remaining ingredients, add ice & shake |
| Serve: Double strain over crushed ice in glass. Top with Club Soda. |
| Garnish: Garnish with peach slice & sprig of mint. |
