Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients for The Sazerac
2oz Rye Whiskey
.5oz Demarara Syrup
4 Peychaud's Bitters (dash)
Glassware: Chilled Cocktail Glass
Prep: Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill
Serve: Spritz glass with Absinthe and add large cube. Strain
Garnish: Express lemon peel and twist
