Pumpkin Pie Whiskey Sour

It's not fall yet, but we were very excited for this cocktail! Pumpkin pie in a glass! We ended up adding another half ounce of the Iron Smoke Casket Strength Bourbon to raise the proof a bit, and boy was it worth it! Nose to finish, this is a must cocktail to try whether it is fall or not!

Pumpkin Pie Whiskey Sour

Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients for a Pumpkin Pie Whiskey Sour
2oz Pumpkin Pie Whiskey
.75oz Lemon Juice
.75oz Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup
Dash Pumpkin Spice
Egg White
Glassware: Chilled Cocktail Glass
Prep: Add whiskey, lemon juice, egg white, simple syrup, and pumpkin spice to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) until foamy. Add ice and shake to chill.
Serve: Pour over a large rock.
Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and sage sprig.
