This was our first time torching the citrus, and man, was that fun!!! This cocktail was awesome! The couple dashes of tabasco turned the heat up slightly but still left it very drinkable and full of flavors. The "dance" between Cointreau, lemon, and pasion fruit was an incredible twist that made us shout and throw them horns.

| 2oz | Jim Beam Devil's Cut |
| 1oz | Cointreau |
| 1oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 1oz | Passion Fruit Juice |
| 2 | Tabasco Sauce (dashes) |
| Glassware: Chilled Rocks Glass | |
| Prep: Shake with ice. Strain over large cube | |
| Garnish: Orange Wheel* & Cherry | |
| * Torch the orange wheel with a dash of demerara sugar | |
The idea is pretty simple. As we taste and review various whiskies, we will be making a few cocktails along the way and even tweaking as we see fit to give them a new perspective.
