We dare you to find a more refreshing cocktail, full of so much flavor, as this Kansas City Horse Feather. Made with our favorite local Kansas City style whiskey from West Bottoms Whiskey Company.

Cocktail Recipe
| Ingredients for a KC Horse Feather |
| 2oz |
Kansas City Whiskey (West Bottoms Whiskey Co) |
| 4oz |
Ginger Beer |
| 5 |
Angostura Bitters (heavy dashes) |

Glassware: Chilled Collins Glass |

Prep: Combine all ingredients (except bitters) and add ice. Float Angostura bitters across the top, with a light top stir |

Garnish: 2 thin Lemon Wheels against the insides of glass with a lemon wedge perched on top |
