When we initially tried the original Iron Smoke Straight Bourbon Whiskey, we became instant fans. And as good as it was, we knew we'd get a better representation of the spirit at a higher proof. Luckily for us, they have this bottle! An unfiltered, uncut, small batch straight bourbon that knocked our socks off.

| Palate | Even if you drink your Whiskey straight, this Bourbon blooms with a single ice cube - revealing notes of pecan pie, braised apples, caramel apples, thick baking spices, and tobacco smoke |
| Finish | The finish is long, spicy, and lightly sweet |
