West Bottoms - Ballyhoo! A Sip In Time

West Bottoms Whiskey Company Ballyhoo! A Sip in Time Bourbon Whiskey with a Storied Cask Finish

Review & Tasting Notes

We have been waiting for a long time for West Bottoms Whiskey Co. to come out with a bourbon, and by golly, we have one right here! Aged in a rum cask, that was also used for Tennessee whiskey, and later a cocktail, there is a lot to talk about with this offering! From nose to finish, we highly recommend it! Try it if you can, it will not last! Less than 500 bottles produced!

Tasting Notes
Color Bronze Amber
Nose Pineapple and coconut. slight malty and grassy notes are present with a molases sweetness. Black cherry shows upc with a hint of licorice
Palate Gingerbread with candied gum drops. Oak char with a light smokiness. Clove and vanilla
Finish The finish turns to caramel with a long slow tapper. Candied orange slices, oak and cherry round out this dram
