Review & Tasting Notes
We have been waiting for a long time for West Bottoms Whiskey Co. to come out with a bourbon, and by golly, we have one right here! Aged in a rum cask, that was also used for Tennessee whiskey, and later a cocktail, there is a lot to talk about with this offering! From nose to finish, we highly recommend it! Try it if you can, it will not last! Less than 500 bottles produced!
