| Nose | Sourdough bread, walnut, toffee with a creamy vanilla. Oats and molases round out the nose |
| Palate | More sourdough and vanilla come in strong with ample corn and a nice kiss of oak |
| Finish | Peanut brittle finishes out with a nice lomng and warm conclusion. Caramel, vanilla, sweet corn ad oak carry on through to the finish |
