Review & Tasting Notes
For a step-above the standard tier from any distillery, this bottle packs a punch of unexpected value! Lots of notes on the nose and are a delightful departure through the palate to the finish. The Double Oaked Bourbon from Woodford Reserve will prove itself to be a worthy daily pour for you and your fellow whiskey enthusiast friends and family!
An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional soft, sweet oak character.
