Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients for a Maker's Penicillin
2oz Maker’s Mark 46 CS
.5oz Islay Scotch
1oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Honey Syrup
1-2 Fresh Ginger (disc)
Candied Ginger (Garnish)
Glassware: Chilled Cocktail Glass
Prep: Muddle ginger in shaker and then add Maker’s Mark, juice, honey syrup and ice.
Serve: Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top glass with Scotch.
Garnish: Garnish with candied ginger.
